Address Line 2 Now Displays Correctly on Multiple State Tax Forms

An issue was resolved where candidates’ full addresses were not populating correctly on several state tax forms.

What This Fix Means

Previously, only Address Line 1 appeared on submitted forms for the following: Reciprocity Declaration (Minnesota and Montana) and Withholding Tax (Montana, New York, and Oregon). Address Line 2 was silently dropped, resulting in incomplete address data on completed forms. This fix ensures the full address, including Address Line 2, now displays correctly on all affected forms.
